1. If my system is damaged, will the loss be covered?
- We offer the broadest coverage that we have seen offered anywhere including losses caused by mechanical/electrical failure.
2. If the loss is covered, will there be enough insurance proceeds to cover the cost of repair (or replacement in the event of a total loss)?
- We offer a Replacement Cost policy (up to the insured amount.) Most companies have Actual Cash Value where they pay claims based on depreciated equipment values.
3. Since these losses normally occur during the growing season, how fast can I be up and running again?
- We offer fast claims service. We typically can have your repairs approved with one estimate, pictures of any structural damage and a simple Proof of Loss form.
We also offer coverage for damage to the irrigation unit caused as a result of a mechanical or electrical failure. Examples would include microswitch failure, shearing of a bolt, snapping of an overhang cable, ball joint failure; or, most common, a tower or two collapse for no obvious reason. We work quickly to settle your claims as both dealer, agent, and adjuster.
