Several years ago we introduced a new Service Contract program for our customers whose pivots were recently off of their factory warranty. The Service Contract program is for center pivots entering their 3rd year which have either just come off of the 2-year general warranty or will soon. Pivots 4-8 years old may be eligible on a special basis. We have had several of our customers ask for this service in the past and we are glad to be able to offer it to you. (Note: Gearboxes and center drives have an 8 year warranty from date of purchase.) Contact Terry Gerdes for more information or to sign up for the Service Contract program.
INCLUDES:
 • Complete winterization program each fall, as well as any follow up repairs that are needed
• All service calls (labor and mileage) and parts needed any time during the year
• Includes replacement of items due to normal wear and tear, including items such as tires and sprinklers
NOT INCLUDED:
• We are not responsible to get pivots unstuck
• Cleaning out foreign debris from sprinklers or pipelines
• Collision with other pivots
• Ancillary items, such as underground, generators, remote start boxes, and well panels
ITEMS WHICH NEED TO BE COVERED BY INSURANCE*:
• Any structural damage due to storm damage or due to a mechanical or electrical failure
• Lightning damage
• Collision with implements, theft, vandalism
• Ancillary items such as underground wire, generators, electric motors and pump panels

NOTE:
We reserve the right to use reconditioned or used parts where feasible.

Payment to be due during the month of May each year.
Contract is eligible to stay with the pivot during change of ownership.
